Six (6) armed robbers have attacked a gold dealership at Wassa Ntwetwena in the Wassa Amenfi East Municipality of the Western Region.
Reports indicate that three (3) people have been killed in the process of the robbery after sustaining gunshot wounds.
According to an eyewitness, the armed robbers started to shoot haphazardly whiles attacking the gold dealership.
The three (3) victims were the gold dealer who was at the dealership at the time, a friend of the dealer who was trying to help during the attack and a pedestrian.
The sad incident happened at about 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
The bodies have been deposited at the morgue for preservation as the police investigate the incident.
