Ghanaian actress and television personality, Nana Ama McBrown has said he has no regrets leaving Despite Media for Media General.
The multiple award-winning actress officially joined Media General’s twi-language brand Onua FM/TV on Monday, March 13, 2023 after quitting Despite Media’s UTV.
Since her move to Media General was made official, Nana Ama McBrown has been heavily criticised by former co-workers and some section of Ghanaians with some describing her as ungrateful among others.
Speaking on 3FM on Tuesday, March 14, Nana Ama McBrown indicated that she is happy to have joined Media General and not perturbed about the rate in which some people are lambasting her.
“I am so happy I moved on to the next level God is taking me to. To be honest, something must happen behind to move forward.”So long as I am here I have no regret, I have not hurt anybody and I will continue to build who I am,” she said.
She added; “My family is happy about this blessing. I feel good, whoever is saying anything about me I leave that to God because I know myself, and I know I have worked through to be here.
“I didn’t come here for the sake of my beauty or maybe my smile. I am here because I worked. I have worked. I will not let anyone’s opinion about every decision I take condemn my movement. I promise you I am not worried one bit. I am happy about the next level I am moving to.”
Before joining Media General, Nana Ama McBrown was the host of UTV’s popular entertainment programme dubbed United Showbiz.
