This website can, however, confirm that management has quickly acquired new ultra-modern equipment and all is set for normal programming to begin today Monday, March 27, 2023.
The Bantama-based radio and TV stations went up in flames on Saturday, March 18, 2020, with several pieces of radio equipment worth millions of cedis being burnt in a fire outbreak.
The incident, which occurred Saturday dawn razed all electrical appliances, including consoles in the two main studios of the station.
Silver FM/TV is owned by Bantamahene and former CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Baffour Owusu Amankwaatia VI (known in private life as Sylvester Asare Owusu).
The stations have Aaron Asare Owusu as its General Manager.
