
Nana Romeo, the host of the mid-morning show ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’ on Class Media Group’s (CMG) Accra 100.5 FM, has been named the Man of the Year at the just-ended Time Ghana Arts and Entertainment Awards.

The fourth edition of the awards scheme, this year’s was under the theme: ‘Peace and Unity’ and had 47 categories.
Launched in August 2022 by Konamah Entertainment, the awards event happened at the National Theatre on Friday, October 7, 2022.

At the launch, while addressing the media, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the awards scheme, Ms. Cecilia Gyase Konamah, revealed winners of the flagship categories, Man and Woman of the Year, “deserve some treat” and thus will flown to Dubai courtesy of Fly Alliance Consult.
The aim of the Time Ghana Arts and Entertainment Awards is to reward media and creative arts personalities who are excellent at their jobs.
Aside from ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’ which airs Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, Nana Romeo also hosts Accra FM’s flagship entertainment review show called Entertainment Capital on Saturdays between 12.30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
