Angel Broadcasting Network, owned by Dr. Kwaku Oteng, continues to face challenges as its Sunyani-based station, Angel 92.3 FM, has reportedly remained off air for several months.
Information gathered suggests the shutdown is linked to an ongoing rent dispute between the station’s management and the owners of the building currently housing the radio station.
Sources indicate that the misunderstanding over the facility has significantly affected operations, forcing the station to suspend transmission while efforts are being made to resolve the matter.
Further reports suggest that should the station return to broadcasting, management is likely to relocate from its current premises to a new location in Sunyani.
