
Data journalist Owuraku Ampofo has officially joined the 3Sports team.
The 26-year-old moves to 3Sports, a part of the Media General brands after leaving his role at Multimedia Group Limited, where he served as a data journalist for Joy Sports.

He brings over five years’ worth of experience as the leading Data journalist in Ghana.

“Personally, it is a huge step for me – one that signals growth in my career. I am really excited to take this next step because I love to challenge myself, learn more and always improve. TV3 has an incredible platform that I believe I can use to amplify my work in sports data journalism,” Owuraku stated.
“I have a relationship with most members of the 3Sports team and I have had the opportunity of working with some of them. So I don’t think I will take a lot of time to adjust and settle. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the rest of the team so we continue to make an impact with our unique storytelling.”
Juliet Bawuah, Group Head of Sports, Media General is happy to add Owuaku to the team.

Owuraku graduated from Ashesi University. He is also an alumnus of Presbyterian Boys Secondary School where he had his high school education.
